Bill Blue and June Byers represent clients in many areas of the law including, but not limited to the following:

Courts

We represent clients before the following tribunals:

State and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the state of Florida, though most commonly in the counties of the Second and Third Judicial Circuits;

Florida Administrative Agencies including, but not limited to, the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, the Commission on Ethics, and the Judge of Compensation Claims (workers compensation);

City Councils, County Commissions, and Planning and Zoning Boards; and

The Florida Division of Law Enforcement’s Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission.
